My goal was to design a seamless experience to all user personas across the SAAS product based on a collected data.
problem statement
The primary challenge was to reduce user churn and increase user engagement after signup for OKR (Objectives and Key Results) productivity app.
Users were not effectively onboarding and experienced confusion in understanding and utilizing the three offered methodologies within the app.

Reduce Churn
Decrease the number of users who abandon the app shortly after signup.
Increase Activation
Improve user engagement and ensure users progress beyond the initial steps to start using the app effectively.
Improve Methodology Clarity
Enhance the clarity and understanding of the three methodologies offered, so users can easily implement them for better productivity.
Simplified Onboarding
Streamlined the onboarding process to make it more user-friendly and engaging. Provided clear guidance and incentives for users to complete their profiles.
Educational Resources
Marketing team developed comprehensive educational resources for different channels to explain each of the three methodologies in simple terms. I designed the marketing assets.
